Dellagrance offers decants and niche fragrance samples delivered across Albania. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery is done via courier or in-person handoff in Tirana. Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of fragrance products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it at dellagrance.contact@gmail.com with a photo of the issue and we will resolve it promptly. Your satisfaction is our priority.
